GEHMAN’S TORSION TESTER
Standard: JIS K 6261, ISO 1432, ASTM D1053 , Rubber loses resiliency as temperature goes down. The frozen rubber can't keep its essential characteristics under the temperature below Glass Transition Point.
In fact, the rubber applications under severe environments such as vehicle tire in frozen area and aircraft components in the stratosphere are seriously affected.
It is a vital importance with the rubber applicants to test low temperature characteristics of vulcanized rubber.
Cable Abrasion Tester
The Cable Abrasion Tester is for cable insulation and is of the type that fixes a test piece in contact with abrasion tape,loads it,and moves the abrasion tape at a speed of 1,500 mm/min. The tester also measures the length of abrasion tape used until the cable insulation abrasions out and the conductor wire gets into contact with the wear tape.

Low Temperature Brittleness Tester
The brittleness tester conforms to JIS K 6261 / JIS K 7216 and determines the brittleness temperature and the 50% brittleness temperature of vulcanized rubber and plastics in a low-temperature environment. TM-2131 is the single type which comes with a set of sample holder, holding five samples, and TM2136 is the multiple type with four sets of sample holders with which four sets of five samples can be tested continuously just by turning a dial to change sample

GAS PERMEABILITY TESTER
This tester conforms to ASTM D1434 and JIS K7126, allowing to measure gas permeability of such specimen like rubber and plastic film using differential pressure method.
A cell divided by the specimen is subject to different pressure on each side of the cell. Gas permeability rate is measured from the pressure gradient changing as time passes.
Measurements can be done under different temperature environment using a temperature controlled bath.
RTM Friction Tester (Tire)
FR-7225 RTM Friction Tester enables to evaluate friction characteristics of tire tread compound on material testing basis, and can be tested in Dry, Wet, Ice conditions on ring shaped road surface. Test is performed by pressing specimen on constantly rotating ring shaped wheel at free rolling condition, or with slip ratio applied in 0 to +/- 95% range and measuring the friction force. Also, max. 30deg. slip angle can be applied on the specimen against it’s tangential line.

Akron Abrasion Tester
Akron Abrasion Tester is a widely used abrasion tester. It rotates a disc shaped test piece at a constant speed, to which an abrasion wheel is pressed with a fixed load.
The abrasion wheel is set at an angle to the test piece, and abrasion amount will be observed.
The model AB-1511 has a preset counter which will stop testing automatically when a set rotation is reached.
The model AB-1530 can set the test piece speed between 75 and 250rpm.
Flexometer
The Constant Stress/Strain Flexometer measures the heating characteristics of a vulcanized rubber test piece when applied test amplitude the load(stress)controlling to a specified level applying to static load.It also performs tests by controlling a specified deflection(strain).Unlike conventional flexometers,this equipment adopts a special temperature detector to measure the inner temperature of a test piece during testing,thus making it possible to measure the real heat-up temperature.The test
