1. Main Unit

The housing is manufactured from brushed stainless steel 1.4301 / AISI 304, resistant to all common commercial disinfectant solutions, and covered with anodized aluminum panels.

Cooling is provided by air-cooled compressors with a temperature sensor mounted directly on the cooling surface. The refrigerants are CFC-free and utilize natural, environmentally friendly, and future-proof refrigerants — R290 (GWP 3) or R290 & R170 (GWP 6) — compliant with the EU F-Gas Regulation.

• Defrosting by hot gas.
• Control system: Operated via a 4.3-inch color touchscreen.

The controller provides 3 program memory locations, each containing up to 3 drying stages.

Programmable parameters for each stage:

• Holding time
• Vacuum setpoint

All program parameters are password protected.

Vacuum control:
Includes a solenoid valve for the vacuum pump, allowing precise vacuum pressure regulation.

An optional vacuum pump can be powered via the integrated rear power outlet (max. 12 A).

The unit achieves optimum performance at an ambient temperature of ≤ 25°C.
