Circulates water/inhibited glycol mix. (Water & Glycol mixture supplied by customer on-site.)

•   Delivers up to 3 kg of CO2/min. at 690 Bar (10,000 psi) max*
*based on incompressible liquid
•   Cooled by the system recirculating cooling bath
•   Powered by customer-supplied compressed air source
 
Extraction Modules:
 
•  Two (2) stainless steel, 15-liter vessels
•   690 Bar (10,000 psi) maximum operating pressure
•   100° C maximum operating temperature
•   Threaded closure – no bolts to torque.
•   Heated with special electrical band heaters
Two (2) interior stainless-steel baskets for quick loading/unloading
Heated, automated flow metering valve controls outlet flow at outlet of each extraction vessel

•   One (1) stainless steel, heated, 4-liter cyclonic separator vessel

Control, Monitoring:

•   Air pressure regulated to the pump
•   Monitored by an analog air pressure gauge
•   Digital CO2 pressure gauge
•  Temperature control
Heat exchanger provides heating for the supercritical fluid before entering the vessel
•   Vessel temperature is maintained with a PID controller
 
•  Flow Control
Heated, automated flow control valve on each extraction vessel outlet.
•   Flow rate set and monitored on HMI
 
•  Control / Monitoring
•   Windows-based, Touch screen PC with LabVIEW-based ASI Vision
software interface controls and/or monitors critical system variables
All PID controllers have RS-485 outputs for extensive data logging through software
