Outline

Tires, belts, and anti-vibration rubbers are subjected to external deformation for a long period of time, and eventually cracks or fatigue failure occurs. This tester is used to examine the correlation and relationship between the number of bending cycles and the degree of fatigue progression by repeatedly bending and deforming specimens of the shapes specified in JIS and other standards.

The temperature in the thermostatic chamber can be adjusted between RT +10°C and 150°C (optionally between -35°C and 150°C), and the test at high temperatures in particular can be regarded as an accelerated test.

Interactive and light operation is realized by the LCD touch panel.
